Summary
Creates a symbolic link to another directory
Syntax
Parameters

Yes | The directory to open, or file whose directory will be opened. If not specified, directory of current workbook is opened. The same special values supported for U.OPEN_DIRECTORY are supported here |

Yes | The top directory in which to begin search for specified directory_or_file |
[do_not_update] |
No | If set to TRUE then method will not update the specified link_path if it already exists. By default an existing link will be updated to point at the specified target |
[block] |
No | If set to TRUE then method will not be calculated unless triggered by user interaction or calculated as a step in a script; If set to a number then will be throttled to not calculate more frequently than the specified number of seconds; make number negative to prevent auto recalc of blocked methods |

Return Value
Returns the function result or action status described by the formula and parameters above. The maintained sources do not define a narrower, stable return contract for this function.
