Troubleshoot Runline U

Start with the symptom you can observe. Diagnose report identity, connection state, update delivery, calculation, cache state, and output shape separately instead of changing several layers at once.

• Publish Not Working — a U.PUBLISH formula errors, is blocked, or does not produce a usable report.
• Delayed Updates — updates arrive, but later or in larger batches than expected.
• Stale Data — the worksheet shows an old RTD, cached, pasted, or retrieved value.
• Cannot Connect — server, environment, or authentication state prevents report operations.

First diagnostic question

Is the value you are looking at a live RTD cell, a direct formula result, cached data, or a previously pasted value? The answer determines which update path to inspect next.
