U.SAVE_TEXT_CONFIG

Summary

Saves the Twilio account credentials of specified phone number for use by U.SEND_TEXT. Info is encrypted and persisted locally per user.

Syntax

=U.SAVE_TEXT_CONFIG(number, [username], [password])

Parameters

Parameter Required Description
number Yes The phone number for which credentials are being saved. Additional cells can specify any associated Alphanumeric Sender ID and/or Short Code (the order does not matter, as such IDs and short codes will be detected by their formats)
[username] Yes The Twilio accountSid
[password] Yes The Twilio auth_token

Behavior

The documented public interface is supported by the current U Add-in source signature and the maintained Usage Examples workbook. Optional parameters are shown in square brackets in the syntax above; omit the brackets when entering a formula.

Return Value

Returns the function result or action status described by the formula and parameters above. The maintained sources do not define a narrower, stable return contract for this function.
