Summary
Returns the unique rows in a range of data (Descriptions use "column" and "row" consistent with the vertical flavor of the function; flip these terms to describe the horizontal flavor)

[type_sensitive] |
No | If set to TRUE then the string version of a number and the numeric version of that same number are treated as different. By default numbers and their string equivalents are treated as equal |

Returns the function result or action status described by the formula and parameters above. The maintained sources do not define a narrower, stable return contract for this function.
