Summary

Performs an regular Excel copy/paste or copy/paste_special

Syntax

=U.COPY_PASTE(source, target, [special], [block])

Parameters

Parameter Required Description
source Yes The range(s) to be copied; set to "self" to refer to calling range. For copy down/across set to the equation that returns the desired value of the cell
target Yes The destination range into which the source range(s) will be pasted. If copy down/across, set to the range(s) to be checked to determine whether the equation should be copied or cleared
[special] No A paste special indication. Set to TRUE or "formulas" to paste only formulas, "formats" to paste only formats, and "values" to paste only values. Multiple supported from range or as comma-delimited. Include "down" or "across" to copy calling method down/across, respectively.
[block] No If set to TRUE then method will not be calculated unless triggered by user interaction or calculated as a step in a script; If set to a number then will be throttled to not calculate more frequently than the specified number of seconds; make number negative to prevent auto recalc of blocked methods

Return Value

Returns the function result or action status described by the formula and parameters above. The maintained sources do not define a narrower, stable return contract for this function.
