U.INCREMENT

Summary

Increments cells in the value of one range by the value of corresponding cells in another

Syntax

=U.INCREMENT(values, increments, [log_range])

Parameters

Parameter Required Description
values Yes The range whose values will be incremented
increments Yes The range containing incremental values to be applied to values range
[log_range] No The range of cells to which a log of increment activity is written. By default no log of activity is captured

Behavior

The documented public interface is supported by the current U Add-in source signature and the maintained Usage Examples workbook. Optional parameters are shown in square brackets in the syntax above; omit the brackets when entering a formula.

Return Value

Returns the function result or action status described by the formula and parameters above. The maintained sources do not define a narrower, stable return contract for this function.
